Balance for you and your horse.

Home: Welcome

We bring Yoga to your barn.

Take a moment before you set foot in the stirrup to just breath. Clear your mind. The most important distance is the one between your ears. When you learn to clear your mind and ground into the present, you set yourself up for riding success. Let us help you practice mental and physical fitness out of the saddle, so that you can make the most of your ride in the saddle.

Only the BEST for your horse.

You don’t compromise when it comes to your horse: Only the best is good enough. You can feel confident that the PEMF Services we offer will be the ideal addition to your equine wellness program. Its innovative design, delightful ease-of-use, and superior construction all make it an elegant, practical solution you (and your horse) will love.

We offer on site sessions for your horse and can be part of your horses overall wellness plan.

Need a tune up at a show?  Let us know where and we can support you and your horse by being on site or set. you up with one of our rental devices.

Clinics and Workshops

Quiet Mind; Quiet Horse

We offer half-day and full day clinics that focus on mindfulness exercises to help you achieve your riding goals.

"Distances such as 12-foot strides, 3-foot fences, 450 meters per minute are important, but the most important distance of all is the 6 inches between your ears!"
