DISCOVER EQUINIMITY WELLNESS
Balance for you and your horse.
SERVICES
YOGA FOR THE RIDER
We bring Yoga to your barn.
Take a moment before you set foot in the stirrup to just breath. Clear your mind. The most important distance is the one between your ears. When you learn to clear your mind and ground into the present, you set yourself up for riding success. Let us help you practice mental and physical fitness out of the saddle, so that you can make the most of your ride in the saddle.

"Distances such as 12-foot strides, 3-foot fences, 450 meters per minute are important, but the most important distance of all is the 6 inches between your ears!"
